Belt for your lifts
Hi,
I am lifting very heavy up to 5 reps on my big compounds movement. I'm planning to use a belt to support my lower back to avoid injury.
I was wondering if you use the belt for Deadlifts and squats only? Do you keep the belt on during your whole workout routine?
Sorry if this sound vague but I'm just curious what other people do as I have never used a belt and never got injured (thanks to Yoga and good form)
