How do you work out out during cutting?
Do you guys keep pushing hard or going easy during a cutting cycle? We all know the main goal in a cutting cycle is to maintain muscle rather than building but how intense a work out should be?

Nothing changes for me, same low reps with maximal intensity

Whether bulking or dieting I remain heavy weight low reps (4-12)

Hey there,
Do yo just cut calories if cutting? If so, what/how much do you cut out of diet? Cut carbs?
