    Cardio/ lifting in one day.

    Ok. So I am looking to burn alt more fat than I have been. I work out roughly 4-5 times a week. I usually do the following:

    10min warmup on treadmill
    30mins lifting
    45mins cardio.

    I was thinking about doing cardio in the morning or at lunc along with my regular routine. Is this a good idea or should I just keep doing what I am and possibly just put more time into what I'm currently doing. I'm not looking to bulk up, I'm looking to cut alot of fat.

    Cardio in the AM on an empty stomach is most effective. I do all 3... Fasted AM, pre and post workout.

    OK. I will try doing early morning cardio for 30mins. Is there such thing as too much cardio?
