    do i deload durring a cycle or just continue blasting

    hi every one....im using jim wendler's 5/3/1 weight lifting program..
    i train 4 days a week for 4 weeks really intense then i deload for a week so ass not to over train.... when on a cycle is it still necessary to deload that 5th week or will i benifit more by skipping the delod until i finnish the cycle

    I keep going if there's continuous progress, but still Deload once a plateau is reached and also at the end of cycle.

    If your on cycle keep hitting the training hard and intense, only deload when your body is telling you to

    If your hitting the 5/3/1 really intense you'll be ready for a deload on week 5. I'd say do the deload but let how you feel determine at what level you take it to.
