    Vascularity

Just wondering whats a good way to increase your vascularity supplement and workout wise? I know obviously vascularity comes with muscle mass and such but instead of making two threads ill just keep it simple and ask my suppliment question here, does that yok3d actually work for vascularity? if not any other products that may be out there to look into?

Actually, Low body fat is what you're looking for to present vascularity You can see some vascularity with some OTC compounds, but it's temporary and goes away quickly. You can try Nitric Oxide (L-Arginine) 30 minutes pre workout. This will give you some wild pumps, and if you are somewhat lean, at least in your arms, you will see your veins pop up. But again, this goes away pretty fast.

Low body fat is what you want if vascularity is the goal.

I'd agree with the above, low BF will bring them out and also NO products

Low bf is the only way to get vascularity. I've heard higher reps for the "pump" will increase vascularity once you get your bf low but I have seen an increase with low rep powerlifting workouts. Maybe due to the increase in blood pressure during these types of workouts. Don't really know for sure.

Genetics plays a role in vascularity as well. I do not have high bf and I only get veins popping out around the larger veins (biceps inside of the elbow, neck) very rarely do I see veins even in my forearms.

Yep the leaner you are the more veins you will see! Now everyone is different though...I've seen guys have crazy vascularity at a relatively high bf (12-15%) and also seen guys with close to 10% bf barely have veins showing. Guess it comes down to genetics as well.

I had the same question, I asked my doc. He said some people, even with small amounts of body fat have less visible veins because their veins are actually more malleable. MeaNing that the the veins can be compressed and made into more of an oval and flat in shape instead of cylindrical. This was a general physician so idk about the validity of this, but that's what he said when I asked. He could have been talkin out his ass tho lol

^ yes. Everyone is different, but generally speaking, lower body fat is usually the key to vascularity.

Can vascularity equate to better blood flow into muscles does anyone know?

Vascularity is just low subq fat combined with muscle. Hormones can play a part as can water retention.

Funny thing is that they can get a lot worse, or better. Depends how you look at it.

good stuff bro...what was your bf in that avy pic? I've found that when I lean (9-10% bf) and lay in the tanning bed when I get out I have veins busting out everywhere, just wish these veins popped out like this all the time.

I agree with the low body fat and genetics 100% but I also feel that cardiovascular fitness plays a big role. On the other side.. while I would not recommend it, running too much AAS without bloodletting will also produce a very vascular look as blood-pressure skyrockets.
