Come on, admit it.
Last night my body was shot from c/g & w/g pull downs, pull ups, dumbell rows, and T-bars. Great workout that I was going to finish with a little ab work(I was exhausted), and rush out to broil some chicken and watch the Yankees game.
Then this hottie comes in the gym and starts doing pulldowns next to the cable rower (which happened to be unoccupied at that time). Next thing I know, I'm on the cable rower.
I could barely get any weight up, but you know how that story goes.
Anyone else?
