i need to lose 20 lbs in 16 weeks as i am going cancun in march.
im 6 foot 1
205lbs
about 18% - 20%
i have just started eating 2400 cals a day with a 40/30/30 split.
mon - 1.5 hours cardio am, chest and tri's pm
tue - 1.5 hours cardio am ,legs and traps pm
wed - abs and obliques
thurs - 1.5 hours cardio am back and bi's
fri - 1.5 hours cardio shoulders
sat - 1.5 hours
sun - rest
my question is will i burn enough fat at that amount ?
