Dumbell Military Press- 3 sets
Dumbell Side Laterals- 3 sets
Rear Delt Fly- 3 sets
Shrugs- 3 sets
Fri
Leg Press- 3 sets
Leg Curl- 3 sets
Calves Standing- 3 sets
Cable Crunches- 3 sets
Knee Raises- 3 sets
