    DB bench

Just a question, when doing DB presses (incline or flat), how far do u lower the DB, so the elbows r at 90 or lower, I've heard the lower u go it adds more tension on tricep then chest..
Can anyone shine some light on this.
    Thanks!

I usually go down till my elbows are at 90 degrees, maybe a little lower but not much. It puts a lot more strain on my shoulders, if you go too low you could hurt yourself so I try and keep it controlled and around that 90degree range.

As low as you can go without discomfort. If you go too low you could risk injury.

with the barbell i go down till it touches my chest, same with dumbbells, i go down til it touches my chest or about half an inch off..

never had any injuries (yet..), and i do about 6-10 reps, last set i drop set to failure.
