    Lifting while on cycle

    How often should I lift when on a bulking cycle including deca test c and e... This is what I'm thinking
    Mon- chest
    tues- off
    wed- tri and bi
    thur- shoulders
    fri- legs
    sat- back
    sun- off

    Is this over training? what do you guys suggest

    Others will chime in but I see several problems:

    1. If you are asking how to train, you haven't been training long enough to be ready for any cycle. Training and nutrition need a commitment for at least 12-24 solid months (longer IMO) before steroids are even part of your vocabulary.
    2. You are only working one muscle group per training day? Seriously? This is a terrible design.
    3. No discussion of sets, reps, or a specific training regimen? Not good!
    4. Legs once a week? Wrong!!!! You want to grow you need to work legs 2x as often as the rest of your body IMO. Your legs are your foundation. When building a house, would you make the foundation stronger than the roof or the roof stronger than the foundation?
    5. Strength gains and size are about 20% training, 80% nutrition. Have you put any thought into your nutrition? Don't say your nutrition is good/great. Everyone says that. Most people have a very poor nutrition plan.

    You are a very long way off from steroids.

    should consider on getting heaps of info before you cycle
    thats a bad training routine tuesday off wtf push from the beginning of the week then rest at the end
