Lifting while on cycle
How often should I lift when on a bulking cycle including deca test c and e... This is what I'm thinking
Mon- chest
tues- off
wed- tri and bi
thur- shoulders
fri- legs
sat- back
sun- off
Is this over training? what do you guys suggest

You are a very long way off from steroids.

should consider on getting heaps of info before you cycle
thats a bad training routine tuesday off wtf push from the beginning of the week then rest at the end
