    Changing from bulking to cutting

What should I change to go from bulking to cutting, my current workout:
Day 1 - Legs, 24 sets, 6 to 14 reps, depending what exercise
    Day 2 - Chest, 20 sets, 6-10 reps
    Day 3 - Back, 24 sets, 6-10 reps
    Day 4 - Rest
    Day 5 - Shoulder/trap, 24 sets, 6-12 reps
Day 6 - Arms, 36-40 sets. . . 6-12 reps ( was thinking of adding forearms to this, but rly don't have the energy for it )
    Day 7 - Rest

I've been doing this same workout for cutting and only difference I noticed was I need an extra REST day before shoulder/trap, because they still hurt.
What do you guys think? I'm also only doing Squats and nothing else for quads because my legs have reached > 25 inches, and the hamstrings don't even seem existent.

    Thanks!

Diet is the biggest factor regarding bulking or cutting. So that's the main thing you would need to switch. If you're looking to cut more, add some extra cardio, if you can fasted cardio and you'll be good to go

    Less calories, more cardio.
Lower volume in workouts to maintain size. I'd do 16 sets per part.

Wow ur volume is crazy... Ur training like an ifbb pro lol

Drop the volume right down to start with... Watch Dorian Yates training

Ur training doesn't have to change.... Simply manipulate the body with cardio and less calories l
