    Cardio

So when doing cardio how much is enough? I know minimum 20mins. At 60+% hr, but how do u factor in how many cals u wanna burn.

I'm on a test e and mast e cycle. So looking to lean out.

Usually do 2 cardio only days which consists of:

    Bike 10 mins
Stairs: interval speeds at 15 mins
Treadmill: interval incline to lowest to highest incline at 4-4.2 speed.

Training days might do 2 days 20 mins on treadmill same way.

    What's up goode?!

I honestly don't count nowadays. But when I did, and I was cutting, I made sure I burned more than I ate that day. Of course back then I wore a calorie counter all day, lol, probably not so accurate. Anyway...

I would most certainly choose either the treadmill or elliptical or stairs and stay on it throughout the whole session for stable HR and hence burning of BF.

    What's up aust?!

Just trying to get the most out of this cycle you know.

So this type of "circuit" training isn't good? I'm not really cutting per say. Trying just to tone up. Cardio is my one down fall as it is many people. My girl goes everyday so it helps me get into it and she stays on for 45-50 mins, so it's my motivation now too to keep up lol.

And you r saying you would try and burn 2500k cals just on one session of cardio?! Lol

It works for some, but if BF loss is the goal, I would choose and stick to one machine. You can switch up the next day, just not my preference to do it on the same day. You will have ups ad down with HR which doesn't help.

lol, no not 2500 cals, but you burn calories through the day, so If you ate 2000 calories, and you burned 1400 throughout the day, then you have 600 to go You'd be surprised how much you burn during the day.

When I do a cardio only workout, I try to do 30 mins at least, but never do more than 45 mins at the most and usually don't switch machines. I find the switch breaks up the workout a little too much. Use the stairmaster any chance you get when it's free, no other cardio equipment makes me sweat as much, seemingly regardless of intensity.

This is just my personal opinion and preferences, I've never really done a proper cut. Hope this helps.
