Irregular chest cut
I'm having a problem with my chest growth and strength improvements, and now this... I have a weird line separating my upper and lower pecs. When I flex, it looks like 2 muscles, not a flat chest. The indented line travels from my collarbone bone and across to my armpit area. Wish I could show a picture but im pretty hairy so I can't get a good picture. Is this a common thing or am I a whackjob?
Ps. I posted this question here because I figure it must be in my lifting technique causing irregular growth or some crap. I don't know tho...

I think this has more to do with genetics than form.

Lol mate you think you have a small chest, look at mine. It will always be small and never be big blocks or have great dize or definition. It's just down to genetics like Austinite says.

Not much you can do about the growth rate other than to work a bit harder on decline vs. incline IMO. My upper chest outshines the rest too, but I kind of like that popping look up top so I don't mind!

Thanks man, you'll definitely get there, just keep working it. Could you post up a current pic so we can see where you're at? It's probably not nearly as bad as you perceive it.

Yea I'm gonna try doing more decline presses. Maybe try dumbbells and barbells to see which are better for me. I don't do much decline because i find i don't feel anything from it. Maybe I'm just a bit weak and not exhausting the movement.
As for the picture, ill try and get the ol' lady to snap a few pics. Probably best if I get a good pump before the photoshoot lol
