I recently read an article about block training, i believe it was called, describing building strength then size then using your new strength and size to manage heavier weights for building endurance, then repeat, 4-6 weeks i think for each "block." Unfortunately, i injured my shoulder, thought it was healthy, and then REALLY injured it with lingering affects in heavy bench routine. My question is, does anyone have good advice on how to block my training to not get injured?? I have worked out and played sports all my life but this is the first time I have put so much effort and thought into my training, so I have been asking a lot of probably dumb questions on here.....thanks for reading this far haha!!
