Since I have been back in the Gym. My bench has been going up in increments of 20lbs. I have not been on gear. Yet! Is this normal or should I take my time with things?? Thank you

have you ever lifted before? if you're coming back from a break that's pretty normal but if you're a beginner then i'd watch out, you'll need to strengthen your tendons while you increase muscle
the same shit happens to me after season! im not in the gym for about 4 months, and when i go back im 185 but its not long b4 it goes back to the 300's.
Like the bro's already said, but do be carefull. Last thing you want is a popped or torn tendons.
Thank you for your reply's. I have been in the gym before. I took a 5 month break. It was the first time it had happened to me that's why I asked. I am gaining size and strength like crazy. Thank you guys.
Muscle Memory if im not mistaken your muscles dont turn into fat they just get smaller
