how much time is needed
How much time is needed before working out same body part?
is 72 hours between chest workout enough

I wanna say I saw an article where said u need three days to recover said body part....may be wrong but if its a smaller muscle group I dont think it's a problem to work it twice a week

Are you on? If so you'll obviously recover a little faster. Your age will play a roll as well. If your not on then just go by how you feel. Three days "sounds" about right but it really depends on your body and how YOU recover. There's no one size fits all!

thats pretty much what my routine has been. i've set up my workout routine so that i cover all the body parts in 3 days, so sometimes its only about 72 hours before im hitting the same body part again. also i try to hit everything 2x a week because its hard for me to to work out certain body parts as "hard" as i would like to. i did something to aggrivate my left shoulder, its hurts trying to push a lot of weight so its preventing me fom doing chest and certain shoulder exercises the way i would otherwise be doing it. its geting me gains but im not sure if its getting me the best gains that i could be getting.

I've worked body parts 2x a week for as long as I can remember, but on my next bulk i'm going to do this method one week then i'm going to work muscle groups once a week for 2 consecutive Weeks. I'm gonna see if this method gets me further than before. I was a decent size for my height and age.
