I'm gonna kick start this thread off my 'arm' routine:
    Chest/tricep

    Tricep workout:
Skull crushers 10-12 rep range 4 sets
Weighted dips 10-12 rep range 4 sets
Overhead tricep extension same reps but last set is done with drop sets

I will change this every 4-6 weeks take one excercise out and add a different one such as, close grip bench press, close grip push ups etc

    Shoulders/BICEP

    BICEP workout:

Concentration curls 10-12 rep range 4 sets
EZ bar curls same rep and sets
Hammer curls same rep but with drop sets to finish

Again I will change this up with DB curls, BB curls reverse grip etc

This is just an example of my routine fir the OP now let's see yours

So sounds like you need to vary your training also I think you meant back and TRIs that must be a big workout. For me back day is back day. I couldn't put 100% into anything else after that.

    That may be your problem.

Also triceps should really be done with chest because your already pre exhausting the triceps when doing chest exercises such as bench press

Its not true that tris must be done with chest, that's simply one method of training.
There's reason not to do tris with chest for the very reason your explaining. If you have already exhausted your triceps by doing chest exercises then you cant put as much into them.
Many people train different body parts with their triceps and see great results.
I train my triceps with chest most of the time also but you definitely don't have to do it this way.

You do weighted dips and you're not growing that is wierd. If you feel its not your diet holding you back I would try rest pauses on the ez bar curls. Do your usual amount to 12 or whatever then do not put the bar down take a few breaths and knock out 3 more. I have never gotten as full and hard of a pump doing anything else. You will see what I'm talking about. Here is one example of how one guy does them:

Also try changing your routine to where you have an "Arms" day. Just try it and you can go back to your usual routine if you aren't getting results. You will probably be able to move more weight. Even if you don't move more weight, there is more than one way to lift a weight. Try to force a hard contraction and slow negative with strict form (except on the last few reps if you are going to failure then some cheat is ok imo). I have noticed if I give arms their own day I am more uppity about my form but if I am doing other muscles with them I will sometimes be more inclined to just move weight.

If you are not growing you may also be trying to do to much to quick. Try concentrating on 1 muscle group a day for a while. Only work Bicep one day, tricep the next, back and then chest. Give legs their own day also and through in abs where you want.
