    Form Check?

What do you guys think? I've been cutting for 3 months and just beat my previous PR.

I know I lost a bit of form near the lockout.

Ya it was 405, I found the straps kind of awkward considering you have to start the lift crouched down.

Pretty happy, been a lil depressed with loosing strength in other lifts.

Dude IMHO that lift was great. I think you could do more. Why do you feel you have to start the lift lower if you use straps?

I have heard others complain about straps, saying that having to remain bent over while wrapping the straps makes it harder to come back up than if they can stand and focus then just walk up bend over grab the bar and lift.

I think you may get better results listening to something other than that radio station...
