    SERIOUS ? guys Anybody get success working out and taking....

    .... Small doses of Valium on the night before a workout the next day
    I swear the side effects gives me a mean angry FTW feeling where I just can get mad and lift with alot more aggression .. ??

    i dont think its a good suggestion. Esp to those who dont have anxiety, prolonged use can cause many problems like seizures, insomnia, headaches, nausea, vomiting, lightheadedness, sweating, anxiety, and fatigue, also it relaxes the muscles , and the effects can be thought of as addictive. ( not being mean just what I think)

    The few times I have taken it, it left me feeling leftover and in a daze the next day. Anything but the state of mind to be putting in a serious day of lifting. Thanks but no thanks.

    Valium is not a big deal round where I come from but I do know a lad who use to train on speed aka (whizz) but that was more endurance training boxing. He won 3 national titles at the time then done nothing. In fact his younger brother became a decent pro. Sorry for the side track just funny listening how people can use drugs other than AAS to train.
