well after 18 months of hardcore training i am thinking to take 1 week off the gym and from work just to relax my system brain and muscles and to heal my self from some ltle injuries so what do u think about it?

It will do some good if you've been going 18 months non-stop. One of the best ways to break through a plataue is to take a week off. The body and brain needs it from time to time. Take it without hesitation
u r right i am a gym-addict but now i feel i have to do it coz i switched about 4 workouts trying to not hit a plateau but it seems it dosent work maybe this week off will help me

18 months!!! Damn I at least takea week of every few months.It'll do you a lot of good though, so enjoy a nice break.
I take a week off every 4 months or less if I feel like I need it, if I am maintaining that is the norm if I have bulked or cut hardcore usually take it sooner.
