    Abs

Question on getting those abs to pop. Would fasted cardio followed an intense core work out be the best route to get them to pop out? I don't like fasted cardio because it always puts me behind on my calorie intake for the day but.. I need to change something up. I can feel them and 2 show but can't seem to get them all out. For reference my diet is 3000 cals a day 60p/30c/10f
I up carbs on back/leg day. Thanks

Is that you in your avi? What would you suggest in my diet? I already eat low carb and minimal fat. How do you keep abs like that if you don't work them? If you don't mind me asking.

Yes it's me and like I said its all nutrition and cardio. I walk on the treadmill every day for 30 minutes after I train with my targeted heart rate at 130 and lower

Keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone! If you get it to high you will burn muscle instead of that and you don't want to do that.

Follow Jim's advice but do realize that you need to be in a calorie deficit. You can walk/run all you want on a calorie surplus and it won't do nothing.

I would recommend taking a look at Lyle McDonald's Stubborn Fat Solution and his Yohimbine dosing protocol.
