    running for cardio

I have a running back ground, 3 marathons and countless i/2 marathons. But, since my cycle I have worried that running will be counter productive to building leg strength and size. I do miss my runs though. Any thoughts?

I really enjoyed running, but my legs just completely disapeared. Once I stopped it all came back. I would stick to sprinting/walking. Distance running and size and strength just dont compliment each other.

agreed. By no means would I be distance running now. Just back from a slug like 3 miler with my dogs. Un-real pump in every muscle in my legs
