Ive been searching but cant find anything related to a good PCT workout. I have read that you want to keep them short and intense but to what end? Good pump? power routine? high heart rate? etc..
Anyone have a good PCT routine I can work with or a good outline so I can build one?
I have done workouts on PCT before but never with a focus on a "PCT workout" so I think I may have cost myself some gains along the way.
Any help/guidance would be awesome.
