    Need help with a solid PCT Workout

    Ive been searching but cant find anything related to a good PCT workout. I have read that you want to keep them short and intense but to what end? Good pump? power routine? high heart rate? etc..

    Anyone have a good PCT routine I can work with or a good outline so I can build one?

    I have done workouts on PCT before but never with a focus on a "PCT workout" so I think I may have cost myself some gains along the way.

    Any help/guidance would be awesome.

    Same workout you do on cycle but less volume.

    Try to get in and out of the gym in 40mins, and get another meal into you. Calories are VERY important during the PCT period. Dont forget to redo your TDEE and feed your new muscle.
