I currently workout 6 days a week for approx an hour... Every workout consists of 3 sets , 6-8 reps , at max weight.

    Monday - Bi's and Tri's
    Tuesday - Shoulders
    Wed - Cheat and Abs
    Thursday Bi's and Tri's
    Friday - Legs
    Sat - Shoulders and Chest

Personally I think you're doing to much. I've learned that unless you are 6-8%bf and in the final stages of ur transformation(sculpting) then you don't need to do all the isolation of muscle groups. I hit my arms maybe once a month, they get so much work from all the other exercises. Bench, deads, squats, and full in gaps with things like rows, overhead presses, etc. this is just my opinion tho. A lot of people like the isolation of muscle groups, I use to do it religiously. But for me at least, it quickly turns into over training.

Yes, it looks like to much to me also. But everybody's body responds different. I know people that work all muscle groups 2x per week.
