    Workout and cutting question

    I am trying to cut bodyfat. While I am cutting with my food intake and cardio should I still lift heavy(8-10 reps) or should I go for higher reps. I am reducing my carbs quite a bit. I was thinking of using Wendlers 5/3/1/ while cutting. My current stats are;

    6'0
    230
    20% bodyfat
    age 43.

    I am trying to get to 12-15%.

    What training technique should I use? Thanks

    Post your diet up buddy with calories and macros and we can have a look at that

    I wouldn't change your rep range IMO I think your goal can be achieved through diet and cardio

    Use myfitnesspal app to help you figure your macros and calories

    I like hitting higher weight even when cutting, I just don't take as long of a break so my heart rate stays up. To each his own tho.

    Make sure you burn as many cals as you can during cardio. No need for you to be in any 'fat burning zone'. High Intensity Interval Training will be your very good friend!

    Do more cardio. Like SteM is saying. High Intensity Interval Training works wonders.
