My bi's have peak, but what are some good workouts to help make thicker. As if standing in front of me, seeing thicker bi's.. I know triceps make up like 80% of arms so what are some workouts for this

Also my right bi has more of a peak than left.. Right bi actually peaks, left doesnt "peak" so much, why?
The right being bigger makes sense, assuming you're right handed. Your arms will grow just don't over train.
Are you doing hammer curls? What is your routine? I won't be able to help but I'm always interested and wanting to learn.
I hit gym 6 days a week.. Reason being is , if I take 2 or 3 day off, I feel like my arms actually shrink! From looks, they really look like they shrink.. Ideas?
Yes hammer curls is a routine in bi's
Not necessarily. I am right handed and have a thicker and fuller looking left bicep, it also peaks more.
There are always genetic factors involved when it comes to symmetry.
OP: If you want your left bicep to catch up to your right bicep, here is a trick that most people aren't aware of and hence wouldn't be able to advice. When you do deadlifts, make sure your right hand is at the under-grip position in every set (especially heavy sets), this will allow the fascia to stretch more in that area, giving your right bicep more room to grow and peak eventually.
Isn't deadlift more for back ?
I'm also in the same boat just opposite. I'm a lefty but my right bicep is bigger with more of a peak ,but it's weaker. Doesn't make sense.Originally Posted by M302_Imola
I'm right handed and got a bigger bicep on my left mad. Tj how will the under hand dead lift help i quite like the dead lifts.
Make sure you are changing up your lifts every 6-8 weeks
bump for more exercises for wider bi's
tried zottman curls the other day...hard on the tendonitis![]()
the way the video demonstrated was on the way up regular(not reverse) but with elbows in tight then after flexing at top turn and come down reverse....been having pain in both elbows lately and that sure didnt help
Im going to try that, my left bicep is smaller than my right, I need to switch my dead lift grip.
Other than variety in your chosen exercises there is not a large amount of transformation that can occur in your muscles genetic predisposition. What Turk said does stand true though and minor changes can make a big difference in appearance. Especially to the hardest critic which is always yourself!
Make sure you do reverse curls bro, I have thick biceps but now I'm aiming to get them taller I should say by going ham on hammer curls another good workout I like that helps the lower bi is on the cable machine brig the ropes down and keep elbows tucked in and bring your arms up
