Routines
Does anyone have any good workout routines that they'd care to post. Thanks

Mine is
Monday - Triceps / Back
Tuesday - Shoulders / Chest/ Abs
Wed- Biceps/ Forearms
Thurs - Legs / Calves
Fri - Whole body ( minus legs)
Sat - Off
Sun - Off
