    Upper Back Exerecises

Do any of you know how to isolate the upper back for resistance training? I have tendonosis in my right forearm which makes doing anything involving the biceps (lat pulldowns or any rowing) very difficult if not impossible. About the only thing I can think of is some type of machine (nautilus type) lat pullover. I also think I could do pullovers on a flat bench and dips would be possible but I can't think of anything else so I need your help on this one! Thanks.

Standing cable pull-overs and seated rear-shoulder press on multi-press are your options.

Forgot to mention other exercises for the general upper back area such as rear shoulder machine, which doesn't involve forearms and/or biceps either.
