    Diving up Leg routine

    Just a thought: would it be smart or advisable to split up leg exercises to other days. Kind of like push pull leg but it would be like

    Chest + squat
    Back + deadlift + ham isolation
    Shoulders + leg press and calf isolation

    Chest + squat + leg press or lunge + leg extension

    Back + deadlift + lying or standing leg curl

    Shoulders + calves
