Todays workout
How does this look, going to hit shoulders and bi's
Shoulder press 3sets 6-10 reps
Upright rows 3 sets 6-10 reps
Front raises 3 sets 6-10 reps
Side raises 3 sets 6-10 reps
Rear deltas 4 sets 10-15 reps
For bi's
Straight bar curl 3sets 6-10 reps
Hammer curl 3 sets 6-10 reps
Seated dbell curl 3sets 6-10 reps
Ez bar curl 3 sets 6-10 reps

Looks good. I personally like higher reps for shoulders and arms like 10-15. Also like to do hammer curls last.
