Forearms
Sorry if this is a silly question, but I'm wondering what workout you would include into your routine for forearms? I haven't targeted them in a few years as mine were always very large due to competitive rock climbing. I think it's time for me to start working on them again.

For forearms i like to do the wrist rollers and 2 different types of wrist curls. You can do wrist curls by resting ur elbows on the end of bench and curling the barbell or a dumbell and u can also use barbell or curl carl to hold behind ur back and doing upward wrist curls. Look these exercises up on youtube.
Side note: Other heavy weight exercises will help the forarms grow such as hammer curls and heavy deadlift.
