    Chest Routine

So I've had to drop bench and DB bench for the time being due to rotator cuff issues.

I can do these exercises without pain.

    Incline bench
    Incline DBs
    Incline DB flys
    Machine flies

I have not tried dips or decline since my shoulder acted up.

If I can't do dips or decline will those 4 exercises be enough to hit my chest?

What are your set ranges? Also can you do more cable work? How do push up's feel?

    Yes.

Stay away from chest dips exercise as it will only worsen your condition.

I've got a bad rotator cuff so it's bad for me

Push-ups either for pre-exhausting your chest before the first lift or at the end of your lifts for failure will definitely help with chest development; however, push-ups are also hard on shoulders...

Thank you TJ. I've been doing some DB Plank Rows. At the end of a set, while still planked, I try to push up to exhaustion.
