How many cycles to add size to arms?
Hi guys
My question is how big do your guys arms get when you cycle
Do they stay the the same size or shrink back?
My first cycle my arms went from 15 and half to 16 and half
But then they shrank to 16 inches.
I'm really hopeing for 17 inch arms
Thanks
Aziz

No one will be able to answer this question
It depends on alot of things
Genetics. Workout. Diet
If you are bulking or cutting... Alot of things
But i would be making general assumption to say maybe 0.5 inches
Maybe!!!!
Btw you did a cycle at 15 inch biceps ??
Im little over 17 naturally now at 12% BF
Maybe you should fix your diet
Goos luck

Hey, mr 8%
It's hard to say, just depends. I started my 1st cycle at right under 16". At the end of cycle I was right at 18". I was too fat waited a bit and ran a good cut. Dropped back down to 17" flat. Started another cycle now I'm at 18" again and still way leaner than I was before.

You did cycle and put a inch on your arms. You should be happy beacuse you grow in steps not all at once. And it sounds like you didnt have much of a base to begin with.

It's more about if you are training correctly and genetics......
Keep in mind a lot of size in your arms on cycle is do to water retention and higher bodyfat % do to weight gain....The indication of good muscle and arm size is when in low bodyfat % and conditioned with loss of extra water...

I don't measure my arms just judge them by how they look. I wouldn't be so worried about the measurement. As long as you start your cycle lean and end it that way you shouldn't loose much. Make sure the nutrition is dialed in and run a good pct

Nothing to do with aas, its all down to your genetics, training and diet. Drugs aren't the answer and once you learn how to train very intensely you will see huge gains in arm size...aas are a tool what we use to help us repair the real damage is done in the gym and your arms should be sore after each arm workout, if they not your not training hard enough.

Wait a second here, Mr. 8% needs a source check? Why? You already did a cycle of something somewhere.
I'm shooting for the top - 20" Bazookas and nothing less. It might take a while though.

They are 18" and I have great thick triceps. Quite happy with them...
I've had them so fatigued I couldn't hold a glass of water... but not sore the next day.Last edited by OnTheSauce; 01-19-2013 at 12:42 AM.

hey bro only advice I could give u is train ur arms till failure, I mean FAILURE till I cant get a single quality rep on your own and have ur spotter/buddy assist u in 3-4 more reps no matter how bad the pain and burn is, my arms feel like noodles from the very first lift and I keep em that way till I walk out the doors..look up "DORIAN YEATES" blood and guts he has some failure workouts

Wait.... didn't you tell me that you're 5'8" and over 200 lbs?
LMAO....
"Source check" for GNC is good.. Go there and buy all your gear. Start in the protein section.
