calories burnt??
doing an hour of HIT (insanity) fasted every morning then followed up by heavy weight training after lunch for roughly another hr with minimum rest between sets. whats a guestimation on total calories burnt?

Thats a good question.But I would say it would be hard to figure out.But someone may have a idea.

i have read a good number for cardio is 100 cals per 10 minutes recardless of intensity. this is a very general rule as many things can change that but it is a good place to start.
