Need a back excercise.. I do triceps with back .
Any cardio ?
Friday is when I do back. I don't focus much on cardio because I feel I get enough from my job that if I did more could hurt gains
Shoulders also seem to be lacking. Was thinking of adding a second shoulder day Thursday. Opinions?
Looks great but I really advise you switch biceps and back. The reason being that you cannot workout back with sore biceps but can workout biceps with a sore back!
