I've done many different types of splits and training styles... And I like everything for different reasons...

From, HIT to High volume to upper/lower splits and power/hyper splits.... Body parts twice a week, once a week...

My rests are generally fairly short (60 secs)... Tempo for lifts is normally always slow eccentric and explosive concentric however this is a great place to vary things up a bit to add intensity when needed...

I'm currently following a moderate volume high intensity split, each body part once a week.... So around 9 sets per muscle group... I will incorporate intensity techniques for maybe 5-6 of those 9 sets which include forced reps, drop sets, partially etc...

So i will be starting full body GBC training for 6 weeks soon.

The style of this I like.
    2on/1off/2on/2off

The tempo is 3sec eccentric no pause and an explosive concentric.

Superset style format. 40sec rest between exercises. 1min-1.5min between supersets.

So to give my workout style ATM.. I will be starting full body soon using GBC training.

Tempo will be a 3sec eccentric, no pause and an explosive concentric.

Rest periods will be 40s between exercises and 1-1.5min between supersets. 4-5 supersets per workout. As the workout goes on the exercises get less demanding on the system.
