    lower chest

    I wanna work on my lower chest cuts so i can get that defined W look. i hear decline is a waste of time etc.. whats your opinions. i do flat, incline, incline flys. currently with other shit on chest day. should i start to decline?

    Decline is far from a waste of time.... Decline dumbell recruits more muscle fibres than any other chest exercises.....

    If you want lower chest 'cuts' you need to loose body fat

    There is no such thing as a lower chest. As the person above me has stated, decline presses recruit the most chest fibres. If done correctly they can practically isolate chest.

    Don't buy big into the isolation thing. Declines. Try them.

    Bigger/thicker pecs = better visual depth

    Decline is a great exercise.
