    Back for more advice

Kay, so we know I've made tons of progress since August. Due to tons of great insight and support. Now I don't really know how to ask this, but I guess what I'm trying to figure out is this. I feel like I'm having a hard time obtaining a more slender core. I've lost a lot of fat, and have pretty good muscular gains but I feel like I'm still "thick" in the core. I don't use any weights when working on abs. Crunches and crazy Ivan's on incline bench, abs sling with various things like side lift, etc. am I doing something I shouldn't be etc or is it possible some of this is actually coming down to my genetics?
    Help

Abs are more to do with bodyfat, you can have the best abs in the world, but if they are covered by a layer of fat, well you wont see them. Reducing bodyfat is the key.

it's also possible that you have stored "organ fat" that is fat that is not stored beneath the skin/muslce but around the organs.. only way to drop that is diet and fiber.. lots and lots of fiber and time..
