Reps and Sets per body part

I have recently did the ud2 workout regimen for almost 12 weeks turned out great! I wont to run maintenance for a few weeks now... how many sets per major muscle groups and minor muscle groups? 8-12 for major? 4-6 minor? Also should i still do whole body workouts? High volume low volume? Looking to change things up a bit i wanna lift 3-4 days a week! Any advice would be helpful

i found the ud2.0 diet excellent, but the workouts were not to my liking but i endured on reguardless. ive been running maintenace (well 200 cals above but doing extra cardio on rest days, bit of a recomp) for a while now and ive been bouncing around with my workouts number of sets, rep ranges and styles, but HIT always seems to be 80-90 % of what ive been doing.
i'v never got a certain workout in mind before i go to the gym (but i do know what muscle group) i just make it up as i go along, but i do set myself little goals here and there to achive. i think this is probably the best thing to do while youre between diets, work around with what you like and what gives you results.

no im not doing full body workouts. been follwing the

    chest and biceps
    back and triceps
    shoulders and abbs
    legs.

split. its works well, but i do throw in some variations just to allow for DOMs or time restraints.

my diet is a bit all over the place to be honest. im playing around with nutrition timing as oposed to eating say a set 6 meal plan with the carbs fixed. i found that when i was finding my maintenace cals, i went for 50/30/20 carb/pr/fat to be an efective and enjoyable split. im trying to increase my overall fitness so the carbs some in handy.
some days i'll limit myself to 100g of carbs if im not doing much, maybe just a bit of cardio but then there are other days when im eating about 500g of carbs. im trying to factor my diet around my life then the other way around.
