Shoulders and arms in the same workout?

    Here is my split
    Chest
    Back
    Shoulders / arms
    Legs

I don't have specific days for these since my schedule changes every other week. My shoulder and arm day has a lot of exercises and I would like to know if its too much.

    Standing military press 5x5
    Seated mil press 3x8
    Upright row 3x8
    Side raises 3x10
    Front raises 3x10
    Reverse flies 3x10
    Ez bar curls 3x8
    Hammer curls 3x8
    Straight bar preacher curls. 3x8
    Close grip bench 3x8
    Seated triceps extension 3x8

I guess I could throw tris onto chest day without any problem or drop some shoulder exercises.

    Too many exercises for me....

    Press movement
    Side lateral movement
    Rear delt movement

    Barbell curls
    Incline DB curls

    Push downs
    Over head extensions

I would however just stick to biceps or triceps after delts if your only training them once a week.... If you do that then you could add a 3rd exercise.... 2 working sets each to complete failure and beyond per exercise.... Simple
