Could try 5x5? I personally don't do deads yet but it works great for my squats.
How's your form? Start there, make sure it's spot-on (i.e., you're not lifting your ass up first) and the gains should come. I like to watch YouTube vids prior to my workouts. Even when I think I have the form down, it's good to watch and remind yourself of what proper form looks like.

Power Rack work will def add to your DL. 5x5 Normal DL and then go right to the power rack. Set the pins 2in below your knees and add the weight on 5X3'S. Do you DL conv or sumo. If conventional try doing your DL's off a elevated box so the bar is at just above your feet.Do that for 6 weeks and then go back to Reg DL's. This method worked for me I deadlifted 700 and just missed locking out 752 at the teenage nationals 27yrs ago. Good luck.
