So i recently done back and bis at the gym. After a good nights rest i had extreme pain at the bottom of my bicep.
Some say its tendonitous (excuse the spelling) but there not really trustworthy sources.
Is this because ididnt warm up properly?

Were you doing curls in the squat rack again?
On a serious note, is the pain on each arm or only one? I always try to do a good warm up set of 15-20 reps to prevent any damage, or at least help prevent damage.

Both arms, cant straighten them. I did a poor warm up as was in a rush. Ive had it before lasted a week or so but want to try and prevent it.
It is not tendonitis if the pain is in the bottom of the bicep.
Apply ice to the area as for now and do proper warm up before you go heavy. You should also stretch your biceps in between sets and once the workout is over, and preferably the next day also.
... and why would you do curls using the mult-ipress???
NEVER be in too much of a hurry that you cant warm up properly. You could very well tear something. Then you will have plenty on time on your hands. While being in PAIN.
