Looking for some feedback on training tips to gain mass. For example, my trainer has me completing 5 sets, 15 reps flat bench, incline bench, cable fly's, flat dumbells and dips. The workouts are with moderate to heavy weight. Additionally, it is like a super set, I might do flat bench, incline and flys with no rest, then dips and dumbells with as a super set.
I seem to get a better workout when I stay with fewer reps and heaver weight. Any help is appreciated.
