    Training Help

    Looking for some feedback on training tips to gain mass. For example, my trainer has me completing 5 sets, 15 reps flat bench, incline bench, cable fly's, flat dumbells and dips. The workouts are with moderate to heavy weight. Additionally, it is like a super set, I might do flat bench, incline and flys with no rest, then dips and dumbells with as a super set.

    I seem to get a better workout when I stay with fewer reps and heaver weight. Any help is appreciated.

    I think everyone responds differently, in the long run you'll have to experiment with what works best for you. For me I stay fairly heavy (within my range) 3 sets of 6-10 always to failure. 60-90 seconds between sets.
