Well i dont thinks its a routine i would choose, but that is not to say that it may not work for you. Mon, you mixed chest, bi's n tri's all in one workout. Then you hit chest again on thursday it looks like (not giving it proper time to recover from monday)..Also youve only got 2 tricep workouts in there, the scull crusher, and the other one of them is really a calisthetic (dips) and also their on different days.....Also i dont like the three day off thing is good. I prefer only 2 days off.....But all of this is only my opinion and .02
I feel a muscle workout for a specific muscle group should a ll be done durring the same workout. I.E. mon-chest/tri's - tues back/bi's / wed-legs / thursday - shoulders / fri - cardio/ and or calisthetics (including abs)....Although you can do abs just about as much as you want, you dont need to limit that to only one day a week or even two, many people shoot for 3x.....thats usually as we start approaching summer though ..lol
