Cardio question for my wife
Stats:
Height:5' 2"
Weight: 106
Age: 27
She trains 5-6 days a week and is doing 3 days/20 min of cardio at the moment. She does not want to lose weight and she is already lean as can be, I told her she should cut it down to 10 min 3x a week or 2x a week 20 min. What do you guys think?

She could maintain her weight with diet. 10 minutes won't do anything.

Agree with above. I will add that cardio has the long term cardiovascular benefits that we need for overall health and longevity
I would do less days for more time.
