If I decide to work a mass muscle group and little muscle group in the same day.... should it be chest tris, back bi's, or chest biceps, back triceps?
I have been working one mucsle group a day 6 days a week and am thinking about going the 4 day route. It would look somthing like this.
Mon: Chest tri's (or bi's)
tues: back bi's (or tri's)
wed: traps shoulders
thurs: legs
Do you guys think that 3 days off from the gym is too much?
I will be starting a cycle soon and don't want to wast the days if that is the case.
