Hi guys,I'm lifting Monday to Friday,chest Monday,back teusday,legs wensday,shoulders Thursday,arms Friday,was making good gains,but now for the last month or so iv seem to hit a wall,any help on what to do?

Your routine is good, you need to change set & rep format as well as incorporating new and more effective exercises.
... and then there is nutrition. You won't grow unless your body meets its nutritional needs.
