help!my routine is on my left because its not right!
whats people... about a year ago i had back surgery and i have been working out real hard and consistent since then.I have been getting goo results everywhere exept for my chest.It has always been a weak point but maybe someone has some suggestions on a routine i should try

For chest, if its a weak point, try using only dumbells for a while. You could do dumbell flat, incline, and or declines, or all any kind of fly movement. Also, dips.

Yes,i have been able to squat and dead lift but my weakness is chest.I prefer db's over the bar but i would like to have a real good chest routine.

Ok try this.
Dumbell Incline(slight incline not too high)-3 sets
Dumbell Flat Bench Press- 3 sets
Dips- 3 sets
If you wanted you could change the flat press with a fly or vise versa.
