    abs!!!!!!!!!

I don't work my abs as far as isolation goes. I've always figured they're implemented when I'm doing dreads and squats.
However I want to start training them. I would like them to be more defined. I realize diet and bf% has a lot to do with it, but what would you guys recommend? (Not bigger, just more defined)

Of course. I have a tendency to overcomplicate things.
    Thanks for you input.

Theres a thread floating around here with a good ab routine, I cant remember the name of the guy that posted it...

Involves hanging leg raises and other things, I've been doing it past few weeks, very hard...Id recommend it to anyone.

    Crunches wont suffice

I had a feeling there should be a little more to it.
My abs/ obliques are solid I just want to get them more defined.

OK, so today is Saturday. It was Wednesday when I first tried the AB workout in the link and let me tell ya: it hits every part of your abs inside and out obliques and hip flexors as well.
    Ouch! In a good way!

Yea that ab workout is the shit. Been Doin it for prob 2-3 weeks now and is helping alot. Good to understand the concept behind it regarding working the "inner muscles"

You don't even need to work them then, work on your diet.
