    Sore hamstrings

Well, I decided to throw in some straight leg deadlifts on leg day after squats, which I don't normally do because I like my hams to be ready 2 days later for dead lifts.
Anyways, I want to start incorporating straight legs back into my routine, wether it be on leg day or back day.
Would there be any point of doing straight leg ones after conventional dead lifts on back day? So essentially it becomes a back/hamstring workout. And leave leg day for quads/calves?
What do you guys do ?

I usually train back on tuesday and legs on friday so I give myself plenty of time for recovery. I also am currently only doing 3/4 deads, so my legs really aren't an issue on back day. Just try and space those days apart as much as possible if you're having problems.
